The sad thing about this year’s International Obfuscated Ruby Code Contest is that there were more sponsors than there were contestants. No one wants to obfuscate, but everyone’s giving money to the cause. Fortunately, the entries this year were "nffm".scan(/./){$><<($&[0]^9).chr}!!

The rightful crap-awesome People’s Choice Winner has been announced, a fish comprised of a dizzying chain of aliased methods, meaningless code fragments and global variables.
