A friend, Rakesh Raju, returned to India recently. He was in the US for the past fourteen years or so. Worked at RealNetworks, later started his own (was called SquishyFX), among other things

He’s returned to India to start a software company. Probably going to be named CodeWalla (heh). From what I understand, the company’s gonna be involved in multiple domains—games and digital media primarily.

So, anyway, among other things, he’s looking for Rails developers. Wait, don’t just go away. Read on. Even if you do not have any experience with Rails, but it interests you anyway (apart from the prospects of working in Goa. Yes, that’s right.) you might want to give it a shot. All training will be provided in Pune (most probably)—three months, all expenses paid. (Training would involve a lot of other stuff, of course. Rails would be one part.)

You may send in your résumés to premshree at gmail dot com or jobs at codewalla dot com. Please use a suitable subject.
