Today's CSI Asia Computer Security Conference 2004 event was a class on handling DDoS attacks. The class was led by three Cisco guys, who took turns to talk.

The topic is interesting. Naturally it was quite impossible for the Cisco guys to avoid talking about Cisco products in tackling same.

Class participation was lively initially but petered off as the discussion moved from bikesheds to atomic power plants.

Coincidentally, Ingvar Mattsson is presently talking about using Common Lisp to munch Netflow logs on his blog.
