Great service from Alltel, my ISP/phone company. My DSL connection died earlier today, and they do... uhm... nothing!? The guy on the phone said they would check their equipment, and if there wasn't a problem with that, they would call to make an appointment to send a "service engineer" or whatever. ... [181 words]
