Looking at last month's referrer logs, I got the following results for search engines: (referrer URL, number of requests) www.google.com/search: 5721 www.google.ca/search: 977 www.google.com.au/search: 544 www.google.co.uk/search: 442 www.google.com.my/search: 312 www.google.de/search: 242 search.yahoo.com/search: 186 search.msn.com/results.aspx: 164 There's no contest -- people use Google to get to my site, much, much more than other search engines. Now, my referrer logs are not representative for the situation on the internet as a whole. ... [228 words]
