Victor Ng programs Python for money, but he'd be programming Python anyway if he was a bum.

I've been using SQLObject for the last week trying to re-design a large database system. I have one word to describe this wonderful little package that uses those uber-geek thingies called "meta-classes".

That word is : lovely

On the otherhand, I seem to be banging my head against Skunkweb. It's gotten me far enough for the last 6 months, but I need something more. Time to look at Webware to see if it's got more mojo. There's a lot to be said for having a large and active community when you pick an opensource platform.

Anyway - I've got pictures of Jim's wedding from Saturday -- lovely event. My speech apparently went over well. I personally thought that I was just babbling - but who am I to argue?

But I digress - SQLObject (http://www.sqlobject.org) is really a lifesaver if you're doing Python and database work. Give it a spin - you won't be disappointed.
