I published a podcast for PyCon2005 audio last week. The feed is going through FeedBurner, and I got some stats back!
The important stat here is clickthroughs, which means people downloades the file.
I could not capture all the stats, as copy-pasting HTML proved perilous, and printscreen only grabbed what fit on screen. This should still give you a pretty good idea, the items that fell off the end are all around 30 clickthroughs.
BTW, the bandwidth was donated by the folks at python-hosting.com,
