Recently Retrolgic chenged their Licensing policies to an alledged dual licensing concept. However, witness their web desicription here with the words only non commercial users are allowed to download the GPL'ed version.

This in fact is not an accurate description of the GPL license or your rights under said GPL'ed Retroguard. In fact in producing commercial applications using this obfuscator you not only do not have to pay support; you do not even have to pay for another license as the commercial license implies in the web text.

Contrast this with YWorks who distributes YGuard and makes no obfuscation of your GPL rights in their web description of the YGuard obfuscator.

I am not sure what Mark Welsh or RetroLogic gain by obfuscating tthe web text description to mislead user of Retroguard. I can only say it leaves a bad taste in one's mouth.
