The orginal Dist Type names are just too confusing, can you tell just by looking at Public, Interenal, and Local what their relationship is or ven the full meaning in a build system? The right way borrows from the word games that we played when kids.

For example, remember the ROYGBIV word game that you may have remebered to know the order of the colors of a rainbow? But, in this case we do not want a full set of sentances becuase that would be two long of name that has no word meaning but is just an abbreviation.

In this case the Distribution names are:

public_projectlead_scm

internal_contributor_scm

local_onecontributor_noscm

Nice and simple not only for the build artifacts but also easy to view and understand the meaning within the build framework system.
