Company's are starting to wise up to SCO Group's FUD and libel, the latest to counter sue SCO Group is IBM. However, its not the last we will hear about SCO Group with the orginal SCO vs IBM case not being heard until spring of 2004.

Because of the foundation of this latest counter suit on patents, Red Hat's OPneSource NOw Fund is still very much needed to ensure the legal rights of all OpenSource Licenses are protected and enforced.
