Every now and then someone, intentionally or not, confuses efficient encoding of binary data in XML with binary XML.

JAX-RPC 2.0 will be supporting the new W3C specs for efficient encoding of binary data, and the reference implementation will *also* support the Fast Infoset standard, using the implementation in the FI project.
