alphaWorks has released IBM Web Tools for Eclipse. They write in, "IBM Web Tools for Eclipse provides tools for web development including web services for the Eclipse platform. It consists of a subset of the plug-ins in Rational Application Developer 6.0. These tools significantly reduce the development time of Java Web applications. Features, benefits and support includes: source editors for HTML, Javascript, CSS, SQL, XML, DTD, XSD, and WSDL; graphical editors for XSD and WSDL; J2EE project natures, builders, and models and a J2EE navigator."
