Being an Eclipse adept, I have of course heard about the whole 'rich client' thing. Recently, I've had the opportunity to actually work on two different rich client applications. The sobering experience has been that, while Eclipse is a perfectly fine application UI and integration framework, it doesn't help at all with the 'client' part of rich client apps...
