I've been trying to find some kick-ass opensource tool to help me create documentation for my software and technical article projects, but, so far, I couln't find any that allowed me to simply link to a Java source file, instead of including it in the document. I really need this feature, because on the docs we'll have a lot of examples, and making sure they compile and run nicely is a huge plus.

Something CVS friendly would be awesome, too, but not strictly required. Any hints?
