Carlos E. Perez has released Essential Eclipse - The Visual Tutorial through oneclipse.com. Check it out here. I have not tried it out yet but looks promising.

Essential Eclipse, the Visual Tutorial. It's always been easier to learn something if someone shows you how. This is very true when you are learning how to use an Integrated Development Environment (IDE). Wouldn't it be so much easier if someone visually demonstrated how to do things? Let's get real, why do you have to train yourself through a book when you can watch a movie instead?
