From slashdot org, look at the Caldera employee work on the same subsystems that SCO Group claims that IBM copy code into Linux when it was their employee! Now given that this information is right in the kernel notes and source is this not the biggest legal and pr fuckup in the IT industry by SCO Group?

It basically means that SCO Group now has tripple the efforts to make in proving its case in court due to that it cannot sue on IBM actions that Caldera(SCO Groups) own employees were enacting within specific subsystems within the Linux kernel. The only complaint SCO Grouphas with Christoper Hellwig's 'freelance' contributions done under SCO Group/Caledra's email addresses.

The point can be made that no one else on the Linux Kernel coding groups because of the use of SCO Group/Caldera email addresses and resources by Hellwig was aware that his non company time contributions were in fact not Caldera/SCO Group approved. Whch means its back to SCO Group/Caldera making mistakes and blaming others for those mistakes. BTW, Hellwig was never punished for any actions when he was with Caldera/SCO Group. Nothing against Hellwig or former Caldera; this on SCO Groups current incompetent Management's role in this fuckup.
