It seems that there is finally some consensus building on xml-dev that XML Namespaces is a problematic technology. Here's what happened - Len Bullard asked what problems people felt XML had - namespaces came out top of the list. If you're like me, and have had a bone to pick with XML Namespaces, this is very good thing. Perhaps this will result in a better spec down the line....
