SavaJE is set to introduce its own J2SE JVM OS in several smart phone handsets this fall.While its true that its not J2ME I disagree with the article and SavaJE's conclusion that it will somehow be easier.

What SavaJE has forgoten is the space/resource factor incoding for Mobile devices. Whether you are using J2ME or J2SE is not material to the problem as it takes different coding habits from doing J2SE for desktops.
