I'm sure everyone has noticed the Google Ads the last month or so. I would like the ads to be of use to the readers of ClientJava.com. Google's ads don't seem to do this very well in my opinion. As a result I'm going to change things up a little. I have a number of companies interested in promoting their commercial products on the site. I'm happy to accomodate them. I put a lot of time and effort into this site and won't try to lie and tell you and extra buck is not appreciated.
I promise not to sell out. Advertising will not effect any future reviews or daily links. However in the Google spirit of "Don't be evil", I would like to do one more thing. If you have an open soure client/desktop java related project you would like to promote let me know. We'll get a banner designed and run it right along with the commercial ones. Also if you are looking for volunteers or feedback for your project, I would be happy to try to drum up interested. Feel free to contact me for more information.
