Even though iTV/JavaTV seems liek wil lnot take off until 2005-2006 as far
as having the 3rd party publishing in place for developers and demand for
games/applications, I am thinking of what type of game applicaiton I can
do using Personal Java/J2ME as a show piece in
screenshots gallery of InteractiveTV Today. I could re-implement one of my
J2ME games in December to test the waters as far as is enough interest
there as of yet to get a sale.
iTV/JavaTV is similar to mobile
handset gaming in that we have small memory footprint, almost the same
input obstacles, and etc. plus, I think we could do some very interesting
and unique games on the iTV/JavaTV platform.
