Continuing in the trend of Programs You Can't Live Without here are the Eclipse plugins I always install. These are the plugins I always use. There are other plugins too but they come and go.

• Insectivore - Team task management system.
• JadEclipse - Automatically decompiles class files with no source attached.
• EclipseColorer - Provides syntax hi lighting for a lot of file types not supported by Eclipse.
• Coffee-Bytes Folding Plug-in - An improvement to Eclipse's code folding capabilities.
• AnyEdit - Adds some nice actions to text editors. 'Open type under cursor' is my favorite.
• XmlBuddy - A cool XML editor with outline view.
