For those busy bloggers and blog readers out there, Dave has very nice tips to save your time. You my find a link to his entry on the Link to resource, however I am just noting down the important points for our future reference :)

Read what you do read less often.
Filter your reading.
Read faster.
Browse faster.
Be more focused in your writing.
Write faster. Writing courses can teach you this. It's a matter of discipline -- using outlines, starting with your thesis and your conclusion and then logically filling in the rest, being organized, doing your research first, avoiding distractions and not over-editing.
Write more concisely, and if necessary, less often.
Tell true stories and provide live, first-hand reports.
Split the workload with other bloggers.
Narrow your audience.
Learn to type properly.
Budget your time.
Give yourself time to think, to experience offline, and to think creatively.
