I see that Organizational Patterns of Agile Software Development is out in print form. I've been reading the online version for sometime now -- I'm about half way though -- and I gotta say it's great. Some of the items are, of course, basic, but all of them (so far) are critical parts of running a software organization/team effectively.

...well, OK, not all of them: some of them are kind of silly...but just some of them.
