The VC funded startup firm that I work for has dodged the bullet for several years now.  It's simply surprising that it has survived this long considering the hostile economic environment. Unfortunately, it's taken a fatal blow in the gut and is now on life support.

I am now actively seeking other opportunities.

I am available for both short term and long term consulting. My preference would be short term engagements, unless you've got a bleeding edge project.   I am also involved in some product development of my own, focused on serving the needs of "Defensive IT" (see "Why IT Doesn't Matter Any More").  If you're interested in building a business relationship in that area, either as an angel investor or a partner, then let me know.

Email me at ceperez AT yahoo.com for all correspondence.
