I hadn't noticed it 'till Chip and I were pokin' around the Oracle docs, but Oracle has a crap-load of RSS feeds.
The only complaint I have -- which I have with lots of mass-RSS sites -- is that there's not an easily finable page that lists all the RSS feeds (I later found it by Googling for it). What I want, you see, is one RSS feed that includes all of the feeds in it. I want that, at least, when I'm first trying out a feed. Once I discover the feeds I like, I can subscribe individually. The Sun Blogs site does this, and it sure is nice. I'm always paranoid I'm going to miss something. That's probably why I'm an info-pack-rat.
