Building Perl with the free MSVC tools - Apparently this was on slashdot so there's no point talking about the politics of this -- I think it's really smart of Microsoft, but who am I? -- but here's some practical advice about building Perl.

Actually, combining this with the learn-on I received about the pretty nifty Nullsoft Installer I bet I could put together a pretty sweet installation of OpenInteract2 for Win32...
