JP asked for more detail on the Eggs in Pancakes "recipe." Here you go:

1. Mix up pancake batter. I use Bisquick.
2. Pour ring of pancake batter into well buttered, hot fry-pan.
3. Immediatly, crack open egg in center of ring of pancake batter.
4. The egg and ring pancake batter will cook at the same rate.
5. Flip when it looks good.
6. Let the other side cook more.
7. Make more as desired.
