Recently Mark Reinhold, Chief Architect of the Java Platform Group, proposed moving Project Jigsaw from the Java 8 release to Java 9. Project Jigsaw is about designing an implementing a module system for the Java Platform.

He's posted a Q&A on the proposed delay to try and answer some of the questions his proposal has raised.
