Java 7 Update 7 (and the corresponding Java 6 Update 35) are available to download from Oracle's Java download page. Looking at the release notes this is a security bug fix - see the Oracle Java SE Critical Patch Update Advisory for details. 

This includes the security vulnerability for the Java plugin that has been widely reported recently.
