SANTA CLARA, Calif. â Lab research and technology company Symyx Technologies Inc. said Friday proxy advisory firm Proxy Governance Inc. has joined RiskMetrics Group, another advisory firm, in recommending that its shareholders approve a proposed buyout by Accelrys Inc.
