Mentor Graphics completes deal for Valor
WILSONVILLE, Ore. â Mentor Graphics Corp., a provider of electronic hardware and software design products and services, said it has completed its buyout of Valor Computerized Systems Ltd.
The company paid $32.5 million in cash and 5.6 million shares of Mentor stock, making the deal worth about $50 million.
