JDK 6 Update 18 is now available to download at the usual Java SE downloads page. Looking at the release notes you'll see that Visual VM 1.2.1 is now included. There's also a few performance enhancements, most notably through changes to the Java Hotspot VM, as well as a whole raft of bug fixes.
