Here in the USA no-contract  flex pay plans have started to show up at T-Mobile  for Android. Hopefully, Sprint follows that lead in the 3d quarter for 2009.

As far as price you pay for the Android device at $399 and of course you need to sign up for a data plan. The only problem is its in white, I prefer the black style of ADP1.
