I know, I know... there was not much activity on this blog for the last couple of months......but I promise, this will change real soon.
I was going through some changes in my working life recently, that made me think quite deeply about my career, the principles I want to follow as an IT professional and how to cope with things that happen to you, when people around you do not share the same vision.
So I want to publish my thoughts about the things I have observed in the last few months under the umbrella expression: 'BEWARE OF' series.
I will touch on many things:
project management, including people management
some thought bits on company politics
back to software architecture and design
with some dips into the nitty-gritty details of software implementation
All the evidence presented in the pieces is taken from real life, but similarities with YOUR own particular working environment are purely coincidential. Naturally I am very curiousabout your thoughts about the points I am trying to communicate.
