Full PhoneGap Android sample with fixes and video should be up between tonight and Wed morning. I found most of the mistakes. Yes, I am putting the PhoneGap web code sample that runs on Android up at github with my forked PhoenGap project copy.
If you look at the end of the video when I access a non local web page the back button on the device works but not from local page to local page. That is another challenge to figure out.
