I have a question.  Now according to Android Docs you are suppose to set your theme using styles.xml and AndroidManifest.xml and not in java so that your theme is accessible during your application's start up animation. As you can see by this video: 



I still have a white flash of color in the start up animation of the application that I cannot get rid of. Is this only a emulator quirk and not what happens on device or am I missing some other theme setting?
