The most important Agile Skill is thinking! For example, lets say you have a project that is translating the application to a new computer language and framework. That means the normal relationship between number of milestone tickets and number of back log tickets cannot be a all is fine indicator. Why?

Normally, the number of backlog tickets is or indicates whether or not the milestones are clearly defined. Thus, what happens if we have a large number of backlog tickets in a new adventure as descried above and milestones that are late? it means we have someone who does not understand the new framework the application is being transformed to and is not defining milestones clearly.

Agile processes or any code development process are contextual processes! When that context changes so does the meaning of the damn indicators! Just because you can spell the agile process and go through the damn motions does not mean you are Agile!
