While at RSDC this year, Stephen O’Grady and I had the chance to talk with Ashok Reddy about Jazz and Rational Team Concert, the big announcements of the show.

We start out by talking about the problem-context that Jazz is trying to address, namely, tooling the collaborative aspects of geo-distributed development team.

We then talk about another part of the overall announcement, the open services for life-cycle collaboration.
