First, its alpha. But, it appears that an independent group has spent sometime to update the archived IDE4Laszlo code base up to using Eclipse 3.3.0. The company behind this group seems to be Syte GmbH with the new IDE4LAszlo downloads at here. The plug-in was also submitted to EclipseCentral about 10 hours ago so the links are found there as well.
There are two groups of downloads depending upon which OpenLaszlo Sever version you are targeting. Here is the log of changes right from the readme pertaining to 2008:
