3. How to avoid killing non tech founders. Obviously, killing a non tech founder of a start up would be not successful towards getting the prototype out the door. the best advice I can give is find some technical aspect of the prototype development that you can use to train that non technical founder on without going insane.

It benefits you because than that founder is more likely to listen the next time you warn about wrong technical assumptions on development of the prototype.
