The hardest decision in start up engineering is not a technology implementation. Its the decision to change a technology implementation to deal with market realities to get a prototype out faster and users using that prototype. Its the type of decision where everyone may say no and you do not get paid.

Its the type of decision that makes some developers walk out. Its a decision that you stay up for days analyzing. It is also a lonely decision, it cannot be shared and no one else can make for you. But is the decision that makes a CEO or CTO. Jason's right there is a time when you have to be bad ass, all the freaking time!
