First, welcome YCombinator readers.  Second, I left something off of the last post.

The other dual purpose of team building of free meals from the founders is that to get the gruffy developers to dress a little better when VCs are around.  Taken to enough nice dress-up resturants for free meals and most developers get that slight hint. 

Remember folks,there is no greater human kind romantic act than facing the odds, making new rules,  and building a start-up.
