I've had my own bad experience with stand-up meetings, but I've also had good ones. I think, however, that I've been able to observe _what_ makes the meetings good or bad. So here's a couple of stand-up meeting antipatterns that I have observed, and refactored solutions that I have seen work. (1683 Words)
