As usual, Jez has written up an excellent review of the Java meetup last night so there's not much more to say. Once again we had an increase in the number of people that showed up and we almost had to grab another of the long tables in SOS! Sorry I didn't get a chance to chat to all of you - hopefully next time. Of the people that I did chat to, it seems as if blogs are certainly a useful way of promoting these type of events. It's also nice to hear that people do read the java.net weblogs.

As the photo shows, the meetups are purely about socialising and meeting other Java techies that work in and around London. Thanks to everybody that turned up and hopefully I'll see you at the Christmas party!
