I recently ordered a Level One 16 port gigabit office switch and was worried because today i decided to buy a 19″ rack where this thingy should go into. But because its an office switch, i just wanted to know how to place this one into the rack, or better, if there is a chance to mount this hardware in a sane way. Now the nice story. The homepage of Level One has a 0180 number (small fee per minute) with first class support and the support staff responded within 10 seconds with the perfect answer: “we ship a rack mount adapter with our office switches”. Now this is cool, fast answer and exactly the answer i was looking for. I will keep buying Level One, thats for sure.
