I am using iCalViewer since a few hours and i really like this little iCal addon. My problem was that i forgot appointments because i never open iCal manually. Of course i try to sync iCal to my mobile phone but here and there i forget it. The rescue is iCalViewer here, it paints a layer on top of your desktop (if you like, there are other options like windows and stuff) and shows events in a nice and intuive way. Really cool.
