Spin this in your head....What is the most ethically way to block a competitor from buying DoubleClick? Make a successful bid so that all competitors make a Monopoly Anti-Trust complaint.

Think about it, no company complaining about the Anti-Trust implications can bid on DoubleClick if the Anti-Trust complaint succeeds. Google wins either way.....
