As announced previously, MyEclipse will offer EJB 3.0 support in the 5.5 M2 release, scheduled for delivery within a couple of weeks. Phase one of the expansion of functionality of MyEclipse Persistence Tools will include:

• Java EE 5.0 Project support for Web, EJB and EAR projects
  
• Creation wizard for Stateless, Stateful, Entity and Message Driven Beans
  
• Java editing and validation of Java EE 5.0 annotations
  
• JPA Capabilities for Java SE projects
  
• Form-based editing of Table<->POJO mapping details
  
• Full integration of MyEclipse Persistence Tools with MyEclipse Database Explorer
  
• Reverse-engineer Entities from database schema
  
• Deploy, test and debug directly from MyEclipse to any Java EE 5 application server
• More to come!
