As announced previously, MyEclipse will offer EJB 3.0 support in the 5.5 M2 release, scheduled for delivery within a couple of weeks. Phase one of the expansion of functionality of MyEclipse Persistence Tools will include:

Reverse-engineer Entities from database schema
Deploy, test and debug directly from MyEclipse to any Java EE 5 application server
