Who is Robert Glass? Well, you have probably stumbled upon one of his books about software engineering such as one on this list. My favorite one thus far is ComputingFailure.com which came out right after the dot com bust. Although his newsletter The Software Practitioner is not free its a worthwhile resource to have in your library. You can find a link to his newsletter on his site.

I probably will start to use one of his books as the pre-education requirement for first stage companies and VCs who ask me to consult or sign NDAs.
