Sometimes, things happen that make you freaking shake your head. For example this IBM DW article on web 2.0 support in Geronimo. So I was reading the article expecting to hear details of Web 2.0 support in Apache Geronimo.
No details what so ever so how can the author base the C+ report card conclusion with no submitted data? To be fair and honest Apache Geronimo 1.2 which is currently in the certification process supports SOAP via Axis and AJax via dojo through the JetSpeed2 integration. And to be fair Apache Geronimo 1.2 beta was released in December.
The honest thing to do would have been either to re-write the article comparing versions, ie Apache Geronimo 1.0 gets C-, Apache Geronimo 1.1 gets C+, and Apache Geronimo 1.2 gets B- and explxaing what web 2.0 features are in place in each version.
